Exchanges & Returns
All items are handmade and will vary slightly in size, color and pattern to those visible in the online store. We do not issue exchanges due to any of these variations. All items are sized as accurately as possible. However, if you are not satisfied, exchanges can be made by emailing studio@manukaidesigns.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. We can exchange for other items or a credit note of the same value minus postage cost.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items. All sales are final.

We strongly recommend that all exchanges posted to Manukai Designs have a tracking number. Manukai Designs is not responsible for any exchanges that go missing or lost on their way to us.All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out exchanges.
Shipping Information
Items “Made to order” will be shipped as indicated (usually in 1-3 weeks or 2-4 weeks). Items “In Stock” will be shipped in 2-3 days. We currently offer free shipping for orders over $150 to most U.S. customers and ship Priority mail (USPS). We can arrange for Fed Ex or UPS shipping for an additional fee, please make note of that during your purchase and we will contact you with quote. International Shipping is also available for a flat rate.
Tax
Purchases within the state of Hawaii will incur a sales tax of 4%.
Export Restrictions / Customs
None of the Manukai Designs products are currently subject to any export restrictions. All taxes and duties including customs excises and import taxes are the customer’s responsibilities and may be a government requirement of import.
Disclaimer
Manukai Designs will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our studio or due to any circumstances beyond our control.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter and to personalize your shopping experience with us.
